Welcome to the home of my 1969 Austin Healey Sprite MK IV. Recently purchased and starting the path to fixing the little quirks that need attention.

Recent News
I recently attended the ABFM in Bellevue WA and had a great time. The weather was hot and there were plenty of great cars to look at. For some pictures, check out the second page of the gallery.

A Brief History
The Sprite came into my possession in April 2003; prior to this it had two owners spending its entire life in the Pacific Northwest.

The car was first purchased on August 29th, 1969 and the first service records I have are the 1000 mile tune up on October 6th, 1969. Regular maintenance was performed and it ran fine until 1975 where the master brake cylinder failed and it was placed into storage until the second owner purchased the car in 1978.

The second owner repaired the master brake cylinder and made some other minor repairs and ran the car on Weekends and only in dry weather without problems until April 2003, at which point with 25,000 original miles on the clock it moved in with me.

After doing some basic maintenance, the car went down for a through check over by a local high quality shop. At this point, a couple of problems came to light, mostly in the brakes, but after some long needed overhaul time the car came out fine and is enjoying the summer!
